Customer Satisfaction
If you are not completely satisfied with any cartridge you receive, simply return the unused cartridge for a refund. Remember, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Methods
First Class Delivery: Stock items Usually ship within 3-4 business days from the date your order is received. Delivery may take an additional 3 to 6 business days for items not in stock.

Priority Delivery: Stock items Usually ship within 1-2 business days from the date your order is received. Delivery may take an additional 3 to 6 business days for items not in stock.

Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the items and the destination postal/zip code. They are calculated using the US Post Office rate tables. These are the fees they charge us. We do not profit from these charges. Unfortunately when you order a single item minimum rates apply. More weight may be added, usually for just a few pennies to spread the shipping cost over several items. The amount posted on the site is what your credit card will be charged. You may select whatever listed shipping method you prefer.

Delivery Time
U.S. post Office Orders placed before 10:00 am EST Mon-Fri will usually be shipped the folowing day. Orders placed after these times or on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day. However, products not in stock could require 2 to 5 business days to ship. If any of the items in your cart are in that category, your entire order will be held until all items can be shipped together.
